  • Our Beef : We procure only pastured, free range and humanely slaughtered beef (raised locally in Virginia’s Northern Piedmont), fed on organic corn, oats and other grains) Both Wagyu & Angus Cattle available.
  • Our Poultry: We procure only free range locally sourced poultry and egg products
  • Our Fish & Seafood: Always “wild”, never farmed…….and never endangered!
  • Our Produce: From the BOUNTY of local farms in Virginia and Maryland

Just as important as the sourcing of ingredients used for our menu, so is the final preparation and presentation of your food. We carefully balance color, texture, china, silver, accessories, linens and flowers to make your event look as spectacular as it tastes.
